Hair Conditioning Treatment - Mix honey and coconut oil and apply to the ends of hair. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse out.
Acne Defense – Create a paste of cinnamon and honey and dab on infected area. Leave on overnight and rinse off first thing in the morning.
Scar Lightener – Mix 1 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. coconut oil and apply to scar. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and apply heat from washcloth. Repeat a couple of times a week.
Skin Exfoliator – Mix 2 tbsp. honey and 1 tbsp. brown sugar and apply to face in a circular motion. Be gentle. Rinse and moisturize.

Ingredients
1 Van’s Gluten-Free Waffle

1/2 ripe banana, thinly sliced
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 fresh mint leaves
Directions
Toast Van’s waffle in a toaster oven until golden brown.
Place waffle on a plate; top with almond butter, ricotta cheese, banana slices, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon and fresh mint leaves.
Serve warm
